Circular Sawing Machine for Billet Cutting

The JBS-1000 Circular Sawing machine(Circular saw machine )is a circular cold saw designed by our company specifically for cutting metal billets, pipes, steel bars, steel rods, and profiles. This industrial saw is widely used in billet cutting for steel pipe manufacturing and is also known as a billet cutting saw. It is a powerful cold saw cutter commonly used in the metallurgical and pipe manufacturing industry.

The circular Sawing machine can cut billets or pipes with diameters ranging up to 400mm, with the most common cutting diameters being 200mm, 220mm, 250mm, and 300mm. Integrated with a strong control system, loading and unloading system, and Cut-to-Length System, this automatic cutting machine system can achieve fully automatic cutting efficiently and intelligently.

The base and frame of the industrial saw machine are made of thick welded steel plates that have been concrete-injected to provide excellent vibration absorption and deformation resistance performance. Additionally, this structure greatly enhances the precision of the saw cuts and improves overall efficiency.

Circular Sawing Machine

The main machine is composed of the following parts: saw toolbox (including pulley), main transmission device, slide feed device, bed base, etc and some other attached equipment such as cut-to-length device , chips conveyor ,blade replace device

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic station for the Circular Sawing machine consists of a motor, hydraulic pump, heater, water cooling and oil level indicating device, oil tank, valve stand, etc.

The system has the function of oil temperature control, oil level monitoring, and pressure alarm.

Air Cooling System

The main function of the air cooling system is to cool the saw blade and the cutting area. It is composed of pipe cooler, nozzle, pipe, etc.

The air is cooled through the pipeline cooler to reduce the temperature of the teeth and disk body, improve the service life of the saw blade and reduce the equipment load.

Centralized lubricating system

The central lubrication system of the sawing machine is mainly used for intermittent and accurate oil dose lubrication of lubricating points such as guide rail, ball screw and nut pair.

The nominal pressure of the lubrication pump is usually 2Mpa, the power is 0.02Kw, the flow rate is 0.15L/min, and the tank capacity is 4L

The Circular sawing machine and bench control system is operated by Siemens’ cutting-edge S7-1500 control system, which is integrated with Siemens’ state-of-the-art drive system and feed servo motor. It features a 10.4-inch touch screen with vibrant colors and high resolution, providing an advanced man-machine interface.

Auxiliary Equipment

The auxiliary equipment mainly consists of a magnetic sawdust chain, a measuring mechanism with a feeding trolley, and a saw blade changing device consisting of a cantilever hoist and an electric hoist

Mechanical Introduction of the JBS-1000 Circular Sawing machine

(1) The Saw Tooling Box of the circular sawing machine

TQT700-2Z casts the saw box of the billet cutting saw, and the transmission gear sets adopt the mechanism of eliminating tooth side clearance to ensure transmission accuracy

The pulley and the input shaft are equipped with an unloading structure and a friction clutch to ensure smooth and reliable work during saw-cutting

(2) The guide mechanism of the cutting saw

The guiding mechanism of the billet cutter is composed of a drag plate, a pair of pre-tightened roller linear guide rail and an additional pressure unit.

(3) The Main Transmission System of the saw cutter

The machine is equipped with a powerful variable frequency motor. The spindle motor drives the spindle and saw blade to rotate at high speed by belt and gear

(4)Slide feed device of cold saw cutter

The servo motor combined with the precision Reducer and barscrew drives the Circular saw box moving forth and back smoothly on the guidways equipped on the saw Base.

(5) The Machine Base of the circular Sawing machine

The bed base of the Circular Sawing Machine is made of thick welded plates, with reinforced plates and concrete injected inside. This gives the cold-cutting saw machine high rigidity and resistance to deformation.. All the steel used here is. Processed by aging treatment.

(6) The Saw blade guide/shock absorber

Because of the installation of the guide shock absorber, the circular saw blade can realize operation without vibration during the saw-cutting process.
At the same time, the friction plate is used as the liner to prevent the bending vibration caused by high-speed rotation effectively.
This structural design ensures the rigidity and cutting accuracy of the saw blade, reduces noise, and prolongs service life

(7) The Clamping Device

Each side of the billet saw blade is equipped with a set of clamps, each consisting of a horizontal and vertical base for fastening the tube billet.
The fixture is hydraulically fastened, and to facilitate the quick withdrawal of the circular saw blade, the fixture is also equipped with an automatic separation function, so that the separation distance is maintained at 5mm.

(8) The Lift roller table at exit

At the discharge position near the edge of the saw, an adjustable height lifting roll of 140°V is provided and hydraulically controlled to ensure that the tube billet can pass through the clamping device without colliding with it.

(9) The Chip cleaning device

A micro-motor drives a brush to clean the sawtooth surface.

(10) The Chip Conveyor Chain (optional )

The chip is discharged from the sawing area through the magnetic structure

(11) The Fixed Measuring Device (optional)

The feeding trolley is installed on the base, and is driven by the servo reduction motor through the rack and pinion to move forward and backward on the base rail. The billet is clamped by the hydraulic clamping arm of the feeding trolley,In order to avoid the collision between the billet and the fixture when the car is fed, the base has the lifting function
