The pipe sizing press machine is a vital piece of equipment designed to reshape the ends of pipes effectively. It employs shrinking or expanding dies to achieve optimal dimensions, significantly improving the yield of steel pipes during subsequent processing. This mechanism is essential in various industries, particularly in oil and gas, where precision in pipe ends is critical.

This advanced machine comprises several key components, including a sturdy base, a passive support roller, and a robust clamping device. Notably, the passive support roller features a hydraulic cylinder that can be adjusted for height, ensuring flexibility in pipe handling. Additionally, two clamping devices, also driven by hydraulic cylinders, securely hold the steel pipe in place for precise operations.

The machine boasts a main hydraulic cylinder designed for high efficiency, where its maximum working pressure is adjustable based on specific steel pipe specifications. A digital pressure display enhances operability, allowing users to monitor and adjust the clamping force to meet different requirements. Furthermore, the working speed is customizable, ranging from 5 to 20 mm/s, optimizing the production pace and ultimately reducing manufacturing costs.

The equipment can be used to size the pipe end, with a maximum sizing range of 150mm. The diameter size accuracy of the expanded steel pipe is ±0.6mm. This equipment is suitable for the highest steel grade X100Q (yield strength ≥960MPa).

The equipment operates by utilizing the strong tension of the cylinder to drive the pull rod, then the operates converted into a radial expansion movement through the inclined block. This helps the pipe sizing press machine expand the inner diameter of the steel pipe.
